A Thai-British couple living in Bangkok needed to arrange custody and asset matters following a mutual decision to separate. Neither party wanted a conflict — they wanted something fair and clear, handled with as little distress as possible.
We began with individual Understanding Sessions with both parties, then worked through the Fair Agreement process. All documents were prepared in Thai and English. We kept both parties informed throughout and ensured nothing was finalised before everyone felt comfortable.
