Is everything I share kept private?
Yes. All information shared with Metharak is treated with strict confidentiality. Our professional obligations require this, and we take our duty of care very seriously. Your family's story will not leave our office without your knowledge and consent.

Yes. We work with both Thai and international families in Bangkok. Our Understanding Session is ฿2,000 and is a good starting point for anyone unsure where to begin. Fair Agreement Support is ฿6,900 for families seeking a cooperative resolution. Full Support & Representation is ฿12,500 for more involved matters. After your first conversation, we will let you know which path makes the most sense for your situation — with no pressure either way.
Do I need to bring documents to my first appointment?
Not necessarily. For the initial Understanding Session, you are welcome to come as you are. If you do have relevant documents — such as a marriage certificate, custody agreement, or prior correspondence — bringing them can be helpful. We will let you know what may be useful once we have spoken.
